The simplest product we arrange. You borrow a lump sum and repay it in equal monthly instalments over an agreed term. Most clients use these for hiring, stock, equipment, marketing, or bridging a gap they can already see coming.
Who it suits
Businesses trading at least two years with reasonably consistent monthly receipts. Profitability matters less than most people expect; consistency matters more.
What you will need
Two years of filed accounts, six months of business bank statements, and a personal guarantee from a director. We can often work with less where the trading history is strong.
The honest downside
Unsecured money is the most expensive money on this page, because the lender has nothing to fall back on. If you own assets or property, look at asset finance or a commercial mortgage first.
